Nearly half of eligible high school seniors in the U.S. do not complete the FAFSA, leaving billions of dollars in financial aid untouched. As of July 2024, only 51.1% of the Class of 2024 submitted their FAFSA. Even more striking, approximately 33% of students who forgo the FAFSA would have qualified for a Federal Pell Grant—aid that could have made college an affordable reality.

In this webinar, we’ll highlight the critical role schools play in improving FAFSA completion rates. Justin Chase Brown, Director of Scholarships & Financial Aid at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, will share how his institution partnered with Inceptia’s FAFSA Completion Outreach Program to break down barriers, improve outreach, and empower students to access the financial aid they deserve.

Join us to explore the current state of FAFSA completion, uncover the reasons students hesitate to file, and gain actionable insights from a leading institution’s success story. Discover how your school can make a lasting impact by increasing financial aid access and opening the door to higher education for more students.
